A supply line

of hope

As part of our relief works on the Island of Haiti, we maintain a regular supply-line of donated aid.

When funds allow, we purchase, fill and transport shipping containers of aid directly to those most in need. These containers are packed full of donated items that will help improve life for people on the ground. There’s 74 cubic metres of life changing capacity in each sea going container – everything from hospital beds to wheelchairs, construction supplies to first aid.

Once landed, their useful life is only just beginning. These shipping containers go on to offer shelter to some of the poorest people of this still recovering nation. They are converted into temporary housing solutions that offer a much-needed upgrade for the thousands of displaced still living in the cardboard cities that sprang up after the 2010 earthquake.
